2.1設備組成

泡沫開孔生產線由真空開孔系統、機械碾壓系統和修補傳送帶控等組成。

2.2工作原理

?真空開孔原理

泡沫產品放置于傳送帶上時，傳送帶自動將產品送入真空箱規定的位置，傳送帶停止，真空箱蓋下降到位，真空閥打開始抽真空，當達到設定的值后，停止抽真空并保持真空度一段時間，保持時間到達，開始釋放真空到指定真空度，繼而進行抽第二次真空，如此反復多次真空段（真空段次數可調）。完成最后次時釋放所有的真空，真空箱上升回位，傳送帶啟動運行，將產品送出真空箱，至此，該產品的真空開孔動作全部完成。

?機械碾壓原理

泡沫產品放置于下層滾筒斜坡上，通過無動力斜坡滾筒傳送至下層傳送帶，下層輸送帶傳兩旁的無動力滾輪自動將產品位置調整到規定規范，并將產品送入碾壓區域，產品先通過第一段機械開孔碾壓，待產品完全經過第一段碾壓后，再進入第二段機械開孔碾壓，經過兩段碾壓后將產品送出。
